It is an initiative that guarantees books, courses, and educational material every year for the children of MRV&CO employees.
The program supports employees, sharing the investment in their children’s education.
Through it, children from 0 to 5 years old are given the Leiturinha (small reading) Kit, with children’s books to stimulate the pleasure of reading from an early age and create moments of joy and affection between parents and children. The educational material kits are delivered to the 6 to 14-year-old class. And youth aged 15 to 24 have the opportunity to participate in FuturaMente (FutureMind), with professional development courses.
