Through this commitment, we expanded important projects already supported by the group and opened new opportunities.
We are a non-profit organization, dedicated to the development and maintenance of educational programs across the country, counting on an engaged team, whether with new projects, new actions, new partnerships, or recruiting volunteers who think like us.
It is with great joy that we celebrate that since our foundation in 2014, more than 1 million people have been directly or indirectly benefited.
But our greatest pride is the smile of each child, the youth happiness, the adults’ hope, and the satisfaction of everyone involved in our programs.
President
He watches over the MRV Institute's purpose of taking care of the future makers, ensuring that the best partnerships, actions, and activities are carried out to offer more opportunities for the future generation, valuing transparency and reliability in the Institute's operations.
Director General
He shares with the president the direction and organization of the actions that are executed by the MRV Institute, with the objective of providing more equality and opportunities for children and youth, and professional development for educators.
Legal Director
She is responsible for monitoring and deliberating on all legal procedures of interest to the MRV Institute, ensuring transparency and credibility in the plans of the Institute's Legal Department. As a member of the company's Board of Directors, she is responsible for being the Institute's spokesperson for the board members.
Financial Administrative Director
She is responsible for the financial and administrative matters of the MRV Institute, including the application of financial resources in actions and projects that contribute to the transformation of the lives of thousands of children, youth, and educators throughout Brazil.
Coordinator
For all this to happen, we have the leader of this team who transforms the workforce into motivation and purpose every day, leading and guiding the team to develop each one's role in the best way possible. In addition to that, she also shares her knowledge with the Iungo Institute.
Analyst
Generating visibility for the transformative actions we do is part of Ericka's scope of work. She is an analyst responsible for internal and institutional communication and relations with the press. She also handles the Educate to Transform, our public call notice for social projects, and some of the "Your child, our future" program initiatives.
Analyst
Our digital presence is handled by Márcio. He takes brilliant care of our social networks and visual identity. Strengthening what we believe: communicating our actions transcends mere broadcasting, reaching the level of impact generation and awareness. The analyst is also responsible for the "Your child, Our future" projects.
Analyst
If transformation through education is our main goal, the most senior analyst on the team does it with mastery. He is in charge of the first program created by the Institute, "MRV Volunteers", and of some projects of "Your child, Our future", an initiative developed to offer more opportunities through education to the children of MRV&CO employees.
